SwagBuck Stuff :/

I am very new to this swagstuff and i would like a little help if everyone does not mind. I kno tht a few pl will prob tell me to go read summit else which will b loads of jargon so if some ppl do not mind at all could they jst leave a few comments on wats crack with it?

i.e can u withdraw them? Spend them? Where? and anythin tht may b helpful....Thanks in advance
